Re: Question about the Backgrounds
I thought it was Yale. I've got a friend at Yale who's giddy about it, and my friends at Brown are saying "meh, no loss." This was months ago, mind. She may have changed her mind since then.

Re: Not just a blind class...
Maybe Muto lectures with his back to the class as he writes on the board? I'll probably have to replay to check.

Re: Any possibility for a Misha path? No.
The closest thing you guys will get it is "La Dolce Voce" from Silentcook. Even A22 lauded how accurate it is (other than the whole MishaxHisao part).

If you were to see Shizune's thigh-highs and her panties at this early stage you would most certainly suffer a fatal error.

Re: The Shizune vs. Lilly scene
Personally I'm curious how anybody can confirm what the heck those panties are saying, anyway. We have the word of the devs, but we know they can troll at times. Does someone have a detail shot?

Re: All girls are traps
Horo (I'm sticking with it out of personal preference) is a hard one to label because she's purposefully playing up the tsun side (or moe moe, or whatever side, really) to be manipulative. I sorta classified her as a Kuudere (and it appears that TvTropes agrees with me) in that sense, but it's reall...

Re: All girls are traps
Of course not, but it brings up this dichotomy in what you find attractive in anime and what you find attractive in real life. Take me, for example. I adore a good tsundere, but it's likely that if I ever met one in real life I'd label her as a bitch immediately and want nothing to do with her. Judg...

Re: All girls are traps
You know, I realized something. If The Glass Menagerie was done into a Japanese style anime, Laura would be considered moe for her shyness. Just goes to show how distanced from reality anime character tropes are.

Come to think of it, I read that story ages ago when I was still lurking the forums. Must've slipped my mind. Good stuff, anyway.

All girls are traps
So I'm reading a play called The Glass Menagerie for English class (taking summer classes), and I come across this little bit: [AMANDA produces two powder puffs which she wraps in handkerchiefs and stuffs in LAURA's bosom.] LAURA: Mother, what are you doing? AMANDA: They call them 'Gay Deceivers'! L...

Re: A22's Blogpost
Well, Hivemind's already acting out the "dumb idea fantasies" with his Raymond Chandler spoof. Who says some dev wouldn't write a Yakuza crime drama starring Rin to shake off the old writer's block?

You kidding me? My face is lit up like a Christmas tree in August. It looks just as unnatural, too, but at least you know I'm enjoying myself.TheHivemind wrote:Since you all have not caught on to how terrible this idea is, I wrote some more in the hopes that it would convince you once and for all.
