Re: Dance Of The Delicate

Suzu is not prohibited from attending anymore, but Natsume is (I never said she was allowed to, since I also believe she probably would not). Well, prohibited is probably not necessary, but she could be excused from the competition because of her condition. It's not dangerous after all but rather e...

Re: People-Watching: A Naomi Inoue Pseudo-Route

Well, not if she wasn't expecting to be challenged in the first place.
Really? She accused Naomi of libel and expected her just to take it?
Not likely.

Re: People-Watching: A Naomi Inoue Pseudo-Route

Well, the rapid/sudden development part is not so bad imo. We're looking at the story through Hisao's eyes after all, and it's entirely possible that Naomi dropped a lot more hints then Hisao noticed and passed on to us. Still, even if Hisao really went braindead here I'd expect a girl like Naomi to...

Re: People-Watching: A Naomi Inoue Pseudo-Route

I really like you, and I think you're super cute, and I am almost positive you feel the same way about me,... Well, that escalated quickly :-) "Well, only if you wanna get to second base." ...and apparently about to escalate even more... ... Really, this chapter felt like you were in a rush to get ...

Re: People-Watching: A Naomi Inoue Pseudo-Route

I just ran a search through the script, and Takashi is not referred to by name anywhere. There is a line in Rin's second act that Oddball and I were probably thinking of: A few other members are lounging in their seats, waiting for the teacher. Rin sits alone in a window seat, looking outside. She's...

Re: Dance Of The Delicate

I doubt Yamaku would use strobe lights, and I don't even know why narcolepsy could possibly keep Suzu from participating... Let me clarify this. Suzu has narcolepsy. Narcolepsy does not mean she randomly passes out with no warning. That's more of a fandom joke that's taken a life of it's own. And e...

Re: People-Watching: A Naomi Inoue Pseudo-Route

Okay, I'm away for a weekend and when I come back you've written half a novella's worth of new chapters... Time to catch up... where the crowded halls are finally beginning to spread out I think it's not the hallways spreading out... Would be strange otherwise :-) I will also live a long and prosper...

Re: Dance Of The Delicate

Okay... Commenting as I read the story, so some of this might also have been covered by other commenters already... First of all, commendations on your English. In the beginning there are some tenses I would have used differently but otherwise no complaints. The first chapter was a bit weird to read...

Re: People-Watching: A Naomi Inoue Pseudo-Route

I agree with Oddball: This is certainly a fresh take on Naomi - and we don't have that many stories featuring her. (also that the author's note was not necessary) Both your characterization of Naomi and your way of writing the passages of Hisao's introspection make me quite optimistic for this story...

"Still" being shy?
Lilly has been this bold even in the VN. I don't think the seven years since then would have made her any pruder :-)

Re: Petition for non-blurry GPU-based scaling

In general, if I have to view two pictures side by side or have to use third programs to zoom in to see the differences, then I'm good either way

Re: Petition for non-blurry GPU-based scaling

Seems like a quite specific problem...
I do play retro games now and again, and I've never encountered any problems (that I noticed).
Also, if I play retro games I don't have that high expectations of the graphics anyway :-)

Haha, our high school experiences must have been much different then, especially around finals. Hmm... Not just high school actually... In all of the 13 years I went to school the only instances I can remember such a thing happening was when our regular teacher was ill and we had a stand-in - and e...
