I admit it has been some time since I actually read the demo, but I didn't think the tracks were all that different.
When I started the full version, all tracks were familiar, and I felt right at home with them.
I might have to replay the demo sometime to listen for the differences...

1) there are many hints as to she may experience sex before. like, after the run, she mentioned to hisao that "running feels greater than sex isn't it" how will she know how sex feels? At that point she was just messing with Hisao. 2) it just feel too strange as to how she and the track captain are...

If you got (and chose) the option "Talk to Hanako" during Lunch Evolution Theory and then sided with Lilly during Cold War, you will definitely get the option to choose between the library and the town in Sip(Part2).
If you also avoided the Kenji-trap in Mind your Step, you'll be on Hanako's path.

There's a total of four choices in Act 1 that will punch you a one-way ticket to the manly picnic. At least one of them is not really obvious as a bad choice (MInd your Step), another one has been changed since the demo to be a bit more obvious now (Slow Recovery). So it's definitely possible to get...

After Act 1 you are locked onto a specific girl's route, and KS was planned this way (almost?) from the start, so there shouldn't be any remnants of choices to skip paths.
You are not locked onto the good ending, though. Every path has at least one bad ending as well.

It's not mentioned in the VN, so you can decide for yourself.
Personally, I don't think she had sex with her previous boyfriend. She stated that she'd never had any visitorsin her room except for Rin, plus everything Kai said.

It's probably just because in Lilly's path there is a major time-skip between the two last scenes, so it felt appropriate to move the last scene to after the credits.
