If they did, Hisao wouldn't get to adress the problem again which wouldn't allow the story to progress.

3-2 is Lilly's class; Rin and Emi are in 3-4 iirc

Really like the layout for the top part of Rin's path!
Seems the only stuff left is minor cosmetic stuff; for example, I'd put Badaan and Rose tinted glasses on the same level and symmetric to each other.

Lilly's last scene is just after Hisao has been released from the hospital, which is probably not more than a week or two after his heart attack. Both Lilly and Hisao are still going to school.

I still suggest to split these into smaller parts do improve readability. Also, arrows pointing upwards are somewhat counter intuitive. Hmm... The condition for Creative pain is more "NOT Lilly/Hanako+" instead of "Rin+" And the chart still doesn't mention that choices before lunch Evolution Theory ...
