Sometimes the game seems to glitch, not activating scenes you've already seen. Just playing the scene again usually fixes that.

I suggest you reread the dialogue in the scene "Adulthood."
Maybe it will help you to better understand both Hanako's and Hisao's reasons for doing what they did. It also explains why the H-scene happened when it did.
