Hmm... Bagheera is right...
The only thing that can conceivably happen is that everything turns out to be a dream, but in that case it will be impossible to bring the story to a satisfying end at all, because everything that happens would be subject to doubt.

Re: With Apologies To Harlan Ellison [Spoilers, Gore Discret
I liked the ending. So the government did it. So what? Someone had to have done it. Yes, they did let them go, but I fear we will learn the reason for that soon. So he did skip over the rest of their school life and the years in between. All that could have been written, but it wouldn't have fitted ...

Re: With Apologies To Harlan Ellison [Spoilers, Gore Discret
I prefer stories to have a logical explanation. It need not be scientific, but it should be consistent with the setting. (So in a fantasy setting you can get away with "a wizard did it.") Maybe that's why I'm not the biggest fan of horror stories, because most of them seem to sacrifice logic on the ...

Re: Arriving At Yamaku - Days 0-1 Complete
To be a bit more constructive: I noticed that you tend to write very elaborate descriptions. The opening passages or when he enters his room... However, when he comes across the most interesting thing for him (Naomi) all we really learn about her is that she is "ginger-haired." I'm not really sure i...

Re: Arriving At Yamaku - Day 0
Bit of advice: DON'T colour-code spoken text! It looks like a cop-out and it isn't even necessaary in this first chapter. Also some passages in the first half are inexplicably past tense, e.g.: Even though he had not been to the office at all today, or scheduled any meetings, or even conducted any p...

Re: The Hanako Thread - Spoilers, obviously
Nothing is canon, except for
a) what's in the VN and
b) what one of the devs expicitly declared to be canon here in the forums or on the blog. Best source for that would probably the "Ask"-Thread.

Oh there are more of them, those were just those I could find on short notice. If you don't mind a nightmare or two, look up "Pearly Whites" ...myshoesarebrown wrote:*coughcough* I think a certain other...totally legit... Misha x Hisao fic was left out... *cough*Did I say anything?*cough*

Hmm... I wonder what it was about to say..."THERE IS... ANOTHER."
I'm fairly certain it wasn't "Skywalker."
Oh, and by the way, that experiment setting somehow reminded me of "The Cube."
(If you haven't seen it, don't. All things considered it's a crappy movie.)

...and I think I like your latest chapter.
I'd really like to hear "the sound of Julia finally realizing what [Hanako]’d actually handed her."

Re: Listen to your Heart. Hisao x Misha. Contains sex.
I was wondering when you were going to post this. Looking forward to the second part ;-) This is great I was hoping for someone to explore MishaXHisao relationship! Hisao X Misha is not as common as some other pairings (I think Hisao X Hanako will top that list), but there's several to be found arou...

Re: Other Disability Ideas
I was talking with a friend not long ago (the conversation started as one about Katawa Shoujo, actually) and at one point, the conversation turned to, "If you had to lose one sense, what would it be?" And she and I both agreed that loosing the sense of touch would be the worst, as touch is related ...

Re: KS on TVTropes
It's a better fit, but I'd rather say, it is a piece of Narrative Filigree that makes a second appearance, since it does not influence the plot in the slightest.

Re: Weekend at Hisao's (Was: At the Train Station) - [Some P
There's quite a bit of a difference there, since Kenji has never been in love with him....Hisao is a hypocrite, commenting on Misha as Shizune's maid, while having Kenji as his best man.
Common-law-marriage
I don't think there is an institution like that in Japan.
