Re: The Blind Leading The Blind

Best keep the whole story in one thread - easier to read for late-comers.

Re: Hanako' story (summer)

- Yamaku's school year definitely has trimesters. - Usually there s an exam week towards the end of each Trimester. Sometimes there are also so-called "mid-terms", but I'm not sure if Yamaku has those as well. - In "Bundle of Hisao" Hisao's parents were considering selling their house to pay for His...

Re: Hanako' story (summer)

Okay, there are a few typos, but it's not really worth mentioning. A few things about the story, though: - First of all: Don't write in script style! - The Japanese schoolyear ends at the end of march, so the final exams would be in march. The summer holidays are just between the first and the secon...

Re: A Bowl of Noodles (Saki Story)

Looks like this story is going to be quite elaborate.
Let's see...
- elaborate story
- about Saki
- by themocaw
- featuring interesting OCs...

I can't imagine what could go wrong with that combination.

Re: Is it just me who thinks that Emi's ex is Kenji??

Extremely unlikely given all the hints that are strewn in regarding Yuuko... Also here's what Emi says about her ex: "I dated a guy for a long while during my second year at Yamaku, but in the end we broke up, because I didn't want to get closer to him. He couldn't live with that distance between us...

Re: Strictly a Pulmonary matter (Feedback appreciated)

Well, there's the occasional capitalized word strewn in... Then there's homophones: I didn't get a good luck look at the town ...there were one o two more examples of that, but I can't find them again ^^° Also, Takanaka seems to be almost more jovial than nurse. A bit strange for someone his age... ...

Re: Mirage's Myths

Thanks. I assume you're referring to "Catharsis".
I have to admit that story practically wrote itself, since it's almost word for word something I experienced myself - hence the double meaning of the title.
I don't usually like to write gloomy stories and my other stories should be more uplifting ;-)

Considering the fact that he doesn't like "sappy, lovey-dovey lines" he uses them a lot in internal monologue^^°
Other than that - nice. Sappy but nice.

Re: Graduation: Mark 2 [Shizune good end continuation, spoil

You know this story deserved so many more warnings than the language one...
Can't say I got many more references than the Unlimited Bladeworks .

Anyway, you're switching tenses in a few places - might want to fix that.

Re: A Not Very Serious Hebrew Translation

As Aura stated above, the engine doesn't support alphabets that are written right to left, so the best possible thing would be a text translation. Not sure if Gloom is still working on this project though. He's quite busy with other stuff as far as I gathered...

Re: lily good ending?

Sounds to me like you did get an ending - just the bad one.
Find one of the numerous flowcharts around the forums to help you find he good one.
(Hint: It is important to always be open and honest to Lilly about everyhing.)

Re: Review on Katawa Shoujo

I have explained it above. Consistency is an important aspect to me and such cannot be found here. In the Lilly plot they talk about the second festival -- but it is never celebrated there. In other plots it is not even brought up. No, they do not celebrate Tanabata in Lilly's story arc. Hisao is i...

Re: Review on Katawa Shoujo

The game mostly ends once you have the girl. Still don't quite understand why you think that. As I pointed out in three of the five parts they start going out way before the end. In the other two it is only shortly before the end, but it is also when the plot-relevant story is resolved. It wouldn't...

Re: New Experiences

I don't recall any official statement regarding Natsume and Naomi. In fact I don't even recall a fanfiction featuring the two. As far as I know everything that's ever been official about any of the characters from the classroom CG is the pic Suriko (?) posted which contains their names, disabilities...

Re: Which is the saddest ending?

Some people are reading on smart phones or tablets... Spoiler tags do have their uses, but in a thread like this they are completely unnecessary. Edit: Even with a laptop, it may not be practical to use a mouse, for example if you are on the train. Not really important anyway. The point was to cut d...
