There is much jumping back and forth between tenses in this story...

You do realize that Misha is already her nickname?
This is almost like telling her she can call her "Miss Mikado" if she wants to...

Also, remember that English verbs need an "s" at the end if they are used in third person singular.
And try to stick to the same tense throughout the story. It's not that bad, but you switched a few times.

I'm not sure Hisao would go along with it. He's not that insensitive.

Well, in Shizune's path he starts to become this way. After all he doesn't interfere when Shizune crushes Hanako while playing chess either.

You know, SC is going to go down on CYOA stories real quick - forum rules and all that...

So I'm not going to state a preference. I'll just say that I expect choice one to lead to the bad end.

I don't think the show ever aired in Germany.
I've read a bit about it on wikipedia, but it would be too expensive (and time consuming) to get the DVDs.

I think Misha let Hanako fend for herself for much too long before interfering...

Well, was this supposed to be a One-Shot or the Prologue to something more? Could really be either, and I enjoyed it either way.

Mostly okay, but you managed to concentrate two thirds of your mistakes in one sentence ;-) After he awkwardly explained why he and Misha had suddenly ended the conversation to with Shizune, who m had been completely out of the loop for that time, Hisao was le a d on over to the nurse's office.

I disagree. I'm not a bog fan of directly adressing the reader either, but in this case it's subtle enough not to detract from the story.
And Doomish said this was a story about Mutou and his wife from the start, so why should Hisao and Hanako feature in every single chapter?
