Re: Choices... choices...
I find Rin's neutral to be more depressing than the bad Don't know which ending it was (neutral or bad) but the ending where they speak on the street, Rin promising to forget him so she can live on and leave for an art academy hit me kinda hard. I'm pretty sure that was neutral... it hit me pretty ...

Personally, I think Rin's second bad end is the most depressing, but that one is fairly easy to avoid. Her first bad ending can come as a surprise...
Avoiding Shizune's bad end is a dozy.

Re: Katawa Superpowers (Spoilers)(Marvel crossover) Chapter1
Well, I don't really know the character of this grandmaster, but from the way you describe him it stretches believability a bit that Shizune would be able to beat him or even play him to a stalemate on a regular basis.
Also, is there any reason he couldn't fix both of Shizune's problems?

Re: Deus Ex: Katawa Revolution
I can see how that might be a problem in the US. I don't know about Japan, but in most European countries the cost would be coveed by insurance if the augmentations were medicinically neccessary. Like in Hisao's case.

I'm not saying he should be able to know dosages and possible side-effects by heart, but knowing what kind of medicine does what is what being a doctor is all about. It's not like Risperdal is some kind of obscure niche product - even if it does not seem to marketed in Japan under this name. Well, i...

The contradiction was something I apparently misread in the sentence about Akira's implants.
Sorry about that.

Re: Deus Ex: Katawa Revolution
Bob's right. The existence of augmentations would more or less make Yamaku obsolete. Emi kind of uses augmentations already, so there's absolutely no need for her to be there. Shizune probably wouldn't be there either, if her father doesn't forbid her to get implants - not likely considering his att...

Re: Deus Ex: Katawa Revolution
Your story contradicts itself in some places. At one point you say, Japan has very strict regulations about augmentation, later they are lenient. Lilly never actually says why she is against augmentation. She mentions a vague cost, but never explains what it is. So she comes across as - at best - bi...

Not much info there...
Anyone who read it? Is it good?
And I mean the story. Sorry, Raide, for me story is what makes or brakes a VN. Nice visuals are an extra, but I can do without.

Personally, I don't like colour-codng, thoug I have been known to do it myself in one noteworthy incident...
In this case I do not think it is necessary. The different font sizes make it abundantly clear who is writing what.
