Any special reason to include the science club scene in this story?

Well, maybe this whole "Path" and "Act" thing will turn out to be just a passing fad.
We didn't use to get stories in this format here until just a few months ago and some of them are still ongoing.

I found that the stories meshed very well with each other. I don't see why the romances have to "effect" each other. We always have to remind our marketing people that you can't make a trend from two years of values.
Similarly, two stories do not make a trend.

It's just that the program I use sometimes automatically "fixes" certain spelling errors and I didn't catch those ones when I went back over it.

If you use a program where you can't turn the spellchecker off, change to notepad - it will still be an improvement.

If you're going for past tense, a few more lines should be past perfect, like I knew a painter once, in high school. That's why I prefer writing present, but like I said - just my preference.
