Re: A pseudo-pseudo Suzu route (updated 11/25)
Funny you should mention Edge. Yes, he does fall into depression and for good reason, too. I won't spoiler the storyline here, but it's not because he suffers from a clinical condition and fell asleep through no fault of his own. He made a decision against the advice of some friends and something te...

Anything other thanIf somebody has a better format that they would be willing to explain to me, I am willing to re-write what I have posted so far.
would be a massive improvement.Hisao: "ABC?"
Lilly: "XYZ."

Re: A pseudo-pseudo Suzu route (updated 11/25)
First of all - smaller chunks of story are fine! You don't have to churn out 20K words at once. That makes it easier with those of us with less free time to keep up. And then... Why do you have to keep having her regress into depression all the time? I thought that problem had been resolved after th...

Re: Games Research and Katawa Shoujo
Basically anyone who starts Katawa Shoujo expecting a game will be disappointed. It doesn't have enough interactivity for people like that. It's a novel and you don't expect any gameplay from a novel that transcends page-turning either. But... What's the point of including KS in this podcast anyway?...

That's calling the ocean wet. Also I am aware that some things contradict canon in both works...
Why did you make it a crossover in the first place if you keep nothing but the names?

That vote was hacked a long time ago - though probably not in a galaxy far, far away - which is why Rin is so far ahead of everyone else.

Re: Red Fish Blue Fish
Fox in socks To be honest, even the english version looks like it is barely a step over the teletubbie's language. When I was young I was mostly read stories from "Grimm's fairytales" and by Astrid Lindgren , a swedish author who is probably the most influential children's book author in German spe...

Re: Red Fish Blue Fish
Well, while I've read a good three digit number of English novels, by the time I was learning the language I was a bit to old for literature like that  After some googling, I assume you are talking about Dr S eu ss - a name more fit for a Bond-villain than a children's book author. I think I've...

Re: Red Fish Blue Fish
No, I'm completely serious. I guess it's possible that your interpretation is correct, but from what little we learn about Lilly's mother in this short piece I see no indication that she would intentionally slight her daughter's boyfriend. In fact, given the nature of the package, it would have been...

Re: Red Fish Blue Fish
I don't think Lilly was lying. It's perfectly reasonable if her mother has problems with japanese names. Those are written in Kanji.
Her father would have slighted Hisao if the letter had been from him, but I don't let that sour this cute little story for me.

No, I don't.I would have thought so. Why, do you know differently?
I would find it surprising, though, because in Japanese High Schools scores go up to 100.
Also, my inner matematician cringes at the thought of completing something to more than 100%

Re: My USM One Shot Thread with Thanksgiving Update!
Well, it seemed a bit strange for them to invite Shizune and Hisao to the same restaurant and then sit in a seperate room. All the more so since there didn't seem to be a requirement storywise for them to go to the same restaurant except for the short "scene" Shizune made when they arrived. Also, th...
