Re: A Saki-Pseudo Route Continuation (Updated 2/17)

I agree that Miki in this scene is WAY over the top.
Also, I find it hard to believe that Hisao, well read though he may be, would be familiar with Pushkin.
I think Keiji Mutou is Akio Mutou's brother.

Re: Emi Ibarazaki's past encounters...

3. Emi says "If I didn't know why..." and then "No idea". It was evident she'd had a small slip of the tongue bringing up Misha, and didn't want to discuss her lesbianism before recreationally procreating with Hisao. To me it seems like either she had a slip of tongue or she assumed Hisao knew abou...

Re: Hyacinth [18+] (Lilly Neutral End)

You know, this would already work very well as a one-shot... But since you named this a prologue I guess you've planned the whole to be considerably longer, and if the following chapters are as well written, I won't complain at all. The mood in this part reminds me a bit of "Closure" and that's not ...

Re: Emi Ibarazaki's past encounters...

So Emi knows Misha is lesbian and in love with Shizune, but she's too discreet to tell Hisao about it.
What exactly is an interesting observation about that?
There are probably several people at Yamaku who picked up on that at the time.

I would have been surprised if Kosher had been your favourite girl.

Re: A Familiar Face (Hanako Neutral End Fan Fiction)

Lilly has the tendency to say 'Hisao' in almost all of her lines. I can ignore the 'Hisao' when they first bump into each other but the rest is a bit much. When it's one-on-one, the amount of times a person's name is said is near nonexistent. For instance, I see my friend each and every day because...

Re: Two Sides Of The Same Coin

So far, of all people I talked to – discounting Hisao and Mutou – only Kenji and Shizune didn't have a perpetual smile crept across their faces. So... Three out of seven? What's that with people being so informal? That's... so not Japan-like. And it's especially not Yuuko-like. I suppose most peopl...

Re: Two Sides Of The Same Coin

Oh yes, that. :-)
It's actually quite true. I'm usually able to eat using chopsticks quite well, but when I was in Japan, I realized that eating ramen (or worse: udon) with them is on another level of difficulty altogether.

I was wondering what Emi was doing at the boys' dorms, but you've covered that base quite nicely.
Formatting is way better now, thank you :-)

Re: Mean Time to Breakdown — (Iwanako, Divergence) (u 2/14/2

Once again a very good job.
You deviate from the original enough to make reading the story a fresh experience, you don't hesitate to give minor characters (here Molly) a larger part and you write witty dialogue while still staying true to the characters.
I'm glad you chose to continue this.

Re: Misstep [Hanako] [EXPLICIT CONTENT] [2/14]

Well the premise of this story seems to be what could happen if all characters made the most stupid decisions possible.
I don't think is an accident, because I know Doomish is able to write characters perfectly if he wants to.

Re: A Saki-Pseudo Route Continuation (Updated 2/14)

Your nurse in this chapter was so over the top that I thought this was a dream sequence at first... Looks like Hisao got himself into quite a training regimen considering that he didn't want to train at all. The race was nicely written, even though the bet and the bargains afterward were a bit confu...
