Re: A Ritsu Route (Updated 7/17)
Nice chapter, but it shows evidence of some heavy editing afterwards, for example: I showed up at the Yamaku track early on this Saturday morning. ... Or is it not weird to be on the Yamaku bleachers at 5AM on a Saturday morning ... “But we just ate! And it’s Sunday. or You have to have grass stains...

Re: Katawa Shoujo 2 Cancelled
Why do people constantly want to turn this great thing into something that sounds horrible! Why do people constantly reply to threads without even reading two or three posts to find out what they are about? Seriously, the second post on page 1 makes it clear that this is an april fools joke as does...

“Sen for your thoughts?” Nice bit of historical research, but the Sen doesn't exist anymore since 1954. I wasn’t sure what he met, Maybe he met his inspiration? Lilly, who still looked like death walking, just with better hair. Man, am I glad i wasn't drinking anything when I read this... Now to ge...

Re: Scarred Angel, a Hanako fan fic. (Gold Edition)
I'm not all that familiar with Japan, but my impression is that's not the easiest life choice there... Way to call the kettle black... Well, I don't think it would have been neccessary to repost the entire story just for some minor edits - especially since this is now the third thread for this stor...

Hooray for the Germanic languages being (mostly) similar/close enough to allow speakers of them to somewhat understand each other? I'm not sure if you intended for that to be sarcastic, but just in case you were serious: The most widely spoken Germanic languages are English, German and Dutch....

No problem. The ask-thread has gotten quite huge by now, so it's not easy to find stuff there.

None of them ever adresses him like that. Hisao calls him "sir"; not sure about the others without checking the script. Probably either simply "you" or "sir" as well. They sometimes refer to him as "Mutou" when he is not present, and even that would be unthinkable in Japan. It was something I remark...

Well, I'm not sure about Squirreltopia, but where I come from, if we had called our teacher "Smith" (or the German equivalent name) that would have caused an immediate reprimand. I didn't go to school in the US, but I ssume the reaction there would have been similar. In Japan, the going custom is to...

Just to answer your questions. Mostly quoting Aura from the Ask-Thread or Suriko from the FAQ. - Rin's paintings all have a gloomy side (it DOES reflect well how Rin could be seeing the world)... who did those ? Climatic - How were made the musics ? Audio: FL Studio, Finale, Audacity - Was Kenji sup...

Well, at least now I know how she managed to alienate her father that much

I wonder if I should try calling Kyo and Yuki this year… Wow that’s one of the dumbest ideas I’ve had in awhile, they’d hang up the second they heard my voice. Just like they have the every time I’ve tried calling them for the past ten years... Kyo is her father, right? Ten years ago she was about ...

Most karaoke places in Japan have private rooms for small groups, so there were no other patrons present. Is it wrong that I imagined Kenji picking a Tenacious D song, to the horror of all the patrons?

By the way I couldn't find anything that stated what Iwanako's last name was, There's no official statement on the matter, but I think fanon has more or less agreed on "Daidouji" And Misha's given name is "Shiina" not "Shinna" handing Iwanako, and Takashi, there assignments. ...as I hand them there...

Re: Redshift - Rika Route [7/13]
I think "and yet she never seems to miss a step" rolls off the tongue better. I'm by no means an expert on what constitutes a proper sentence, could one of the resident grammar experts please give their opinion? For what it's worth, I would be inclined to agree with you there. "And yet" or "though"...
