Re: Akira-pseudo route [12/21]

A pseudo-pseudo Suzu route Can You Open Your Heart? Greater Than the Sum Katawa Kijo Themocaw's Saki Pseudo-Route/A Saki-Pseudo Route Continuation Just going by Comrade/Mirage's definition of a route. YMMV. Yes those, but there are at least two or three more that I haven't gotten to add to the libr...

Well, I can say that at least your former president is always good for a headline in my country as well ;-)

To think that our former president had to abdicate over allegations that he'd let a friend pay his hotel bill woth 720€...

Re: Katawa Zombpocalypse

You really shouldn't have tried to rationalized zombies... You are taking away the last illusion that just maybe there might have been a way for it to make sense after all. I'm not going to take apart that that Epilogue of yours, because I'm not in the mood to write two pages worth of why it is silly.

Re: Akira-pseudo route [12/21]

Okay... First of all you shouldn't write a story "because people recommended you do." If you don't want to write a story from your own initiative, don't do it. In my opinion, personal inspiration is a large chunk of "being in a creative mood." Second - it's been mentioned before but can't be stresse...

It's a series and not a movie, and it's been more than a year, but maybe you were thinking of this?

Re: Limits of Fanfiction - What is appropriate?

Rabies has a quite long incubation period, too, so it COULD spread across continents easily. However, it's also easy to detect, fairly easy to prevent in the immediate aftermath of a bite, and fairly easy to avoid getting bitten. And, it's even been cured in four cases, I believe (the Milwaukee pro...

Re: Limits of Fanfiction - What is appropriate?

Respiratory transmission would be the only thing where it is somewhat palusible that the rate of attrition could be close to favourable for the zombies. It's still kind of impossible for it to spread from one continent to another, since zombies can't pilot ships or airplanes. Heck, if they don't hav...

Re: Limits of Fanfiction - What is appropriate?

Which brings us back to the topic of setting: If (and this is a big if) an author can accurately depict characters from one setting in another that's fundamentally different thematically (even impossible), should he/she? Is there merit to a story that may be darker — even downright morbid — in a fa...

How does streaming writing a fanfiction work?
Do you have a webcam filming you while you're writing or do you have it aimed at your monitor?

Re: Emi in Wonderland

I think you're being a bit too harsh Mirage, granted his first post wasn't the greatest way to say "hi" to a new forum or introduce his story, but it's nice to see fresh faces in here now and then, and unique story ideas, whether they be a work of art, poorly written, or obviously the work of a goa...

Re: Katawa Zhoujo (A zombie fic. yes i know the title is dum

Why? Why does everyone and their grandkids have to write zombie fics all of a sudden? Three of them going at the same time? I mean even one is one too many. Zombies are an inherently stupid story concept. There's no way a zombie outbreak would last more than a few days even if it somehow came to pas...

“Stay frosty.” Rin said, clicking her tongue. Hanako turned back to narrow her eyes at her. Hanako just went off on her own. Not sparing a moment Hanako held out her hands When did she rejoin the group? but Hanako felt the stream of energy begin to lesson lessen The major problem with this story is...

She took Rin’s que and settled back in her chair cue. When you say "inspired by Alice in Wonderland" that is probably a bit of a stretch... Anyway you say that some characters might be a bit OOC, and that is intentional, and that's why I'm willing to give a pass on Emi, Hanako or even Lilly... Rin,...
