Re: Rin Christmas Time
Not really, either way... It's basically a slice of life story with nothing much remarkable happening. If that's what it set out to be, it succeeds. From a technical standpoint, except for the tenses there's nothing much to complain about either. Your depiction of the characters is okay as well. Per...

Re: Rin Christmas Time
My pet-peeve: You jump between past tense and present tense a lot.
Also, I'm not sure why you'd post the sequel first. I think one or two scenes referenced stuff that wasn't in this story.
Otherwise a nice story.

Re: Concept: KS X Ring of Red
Never heard of that game before.
I don't really see much overlap between that scenario and KS, and I'm quite sceptical as to it making a good story.
If you want to try, feel free, though.

Re: Can You Confront the Past? - Post-Hanako Good Ending
Hanako breathed deeply before reached up with her free hand and brushing aside her violet fringe. Hisao stayed silent, his eyes watching softly at her marred visage. A missing word in the beginning and one too much in the end. His entire body moved in tandem... In tandem with what? You use internal...

I tried to convince him to actually use that part later in the story, but I failedBlackWaltzTheThird wrote:TL;DR: Hisao rooting Misha is canon, Kenji KO-ing Misha is a joke post.

Re: Which ending(s) do you consider the worst?
It seems to me that before her confession, they weren't close enough yet to warrant telling him personal family business; and afterward it would be too late (by the standard you're setting). So the only option left would be during. Which I can't quite imagine. "I love you, I love you, don't ever le...

Too bad. I was really enjoying this...
Good luck with your new project. I'd suggest getting a better homepage, though. If there is something like an "About"-thread there, it's buried too deep to find it.

Re: Breaking the Sound Barrier [Update: 1/17]
Interesting take on Natsume and Naomi. I don't think I've seen them portrayed this way before.
I can't see Shizune and Yuuto as a pairing either, but who knows. This story has surprised me a few times so far.

Begrudgingly, I drag on my shoes and move into the bathroom... 1. to give , admit , or allow unwillingly or with a bad grace Emphasis added. Note that you can't "drag" something begrudgingly. “What a mysterious Jogo.” I say in English, out of earshot. Jogo is Portuguese for game... In that case, sh...

Oh, that's what it was supposed to be... I was wondering which word autocorrect had mangled there^^°griffon8 wrote:And I had a good laugh over the coy/koi error.

Re: Which ending(s) do you consider the worst?
Actually, I think we just got to the crux of the matter: you're faulting her for confessing to, and embarking on a relationship with, Hisao without having cut off anything in her life that might compete with that, which you consider dishonest. No, I'm not! I have never said such a thing. The proble...

Re: Living (Rin Route)
Well, I have to admit since it's been sone time since the last chapter, I don't recall all the details about your character's background... Will have to reread a bit. But barring continuity mistakes this is a pretty solid chapter. Couple of typos, most of which look like you can blame autocorrect fo...

Re: Which ending(s) do you consider the worst?
Well… if she had already decided to go, I'd think being "rejected" would make things easier for her. It would remove any need for her to push him away, and leave him feeling like he did the dumping too. Objectively that is true. Subjectively you can still dread the moment when he learns the truth a...

Re: Which ending(s) do you consider the worst?
That confuses me. To me, most of any blame/anger/reproach/etc. toward Lilly would stem directly from her intent. If you don't think she had any bad intent, I don't see why you're so offended. Intent is important to a certain degree, but whatever her intent , the result was that she hurt Hisao (and ...
