Okay, first of all your story would be easier to read if you used doublespacing, i.e. an empty line after each paragraph. On that note you should USE paragraphs and not start a new line for each sentence as you do in some passages. As for the grammar issues: I ponder a few moments on my thoughts... ...

I'd also advise chapter by chapter, but be sure to alway be a little ahead of what you post (2-3 chapters always worked for me) so you can make adjustments as neccessary.
