Re: Kagami Pseudo-Route [Updated 4/1]

Also, I wonder if, in VN terms, we just witnessed Hisao making a plot decision: [Read the diary.] [Put away the diary.] I wonder if we just narrowly missed a Bad End. Or a Good End. Well, he did restrain himself from actually reading the contents - and after physically opening the notebook that has...

Re: Iwanako: Mean Time to Breakdown {updated 2015-4-1}

Well, yeah. Dragonflight isn't an especially good book. (I only read it in the first place so that I could RP in a Weyr with a friend, and almost immediately afterward, that RP collapsed because lady drama.) I've read the first trilogy (3 in 1 edition). It was okay. I enjoyed it for the most part, ...

Re: Iwanako: Mean Time to Breakdown {updated 2015-4-1}

(Speaking of "freakin' forever," where the hell is Helbereth?) Probably in Draenor... I poked him around December, and he popped in just long enough to post another chapter of his christmas story - maybe he'll post the last chapter next christmas :-) Because during the Hatching scene, really early ...

Wow, has it really been almost a year since the last update?
Glad to see this continued, and especially with so many mysteries still unsolved…

Re: A New Friend!

Well, to be honest I wasn't impressed - until the twist came along.
That was really interesting.

Seeing how Ikuno reacts to getting the notebook back would be interesting as well, but this is probably fine staying a one-shot.

Re: Learning To Fly - A Saki pseudo-route (Updated 3/29)

So which is Noriko really at Yamaku for? Like how your building speciation like KS did for Misha being at Yamaku (I assume you have it planned what Noriko is at Yamaku for right?) Though for some reason I have a suspicion it may be something like Autism. why I ain't sure it's just what Saki said, i...

Re: Learning To Fly - A Saki pseudo-route (Updated 3/29)

It always takes me the first few paragraphs to remember who all the characters are after those long intervals between chapters^^° Noriko nods and walks off with purpose, giving a wave over her shoulder, leaving Saki and I alone. Saki and me. Otherwise no complaints on the grammar front. Honestly, I'...

That slip up was pretty bad, though.
If Taro can elicit THAT kind of information just by talking to someone he'll have a grand career in journalism, policework, corporate sales or any number of other fields ahead of him.

Re: Puppet Show [OC Story] New Chapter Every Friday! *UPDATE

A bit late to comment this time around. At the part where he was writing about his friends to his uncle I was a bit uncertain if that was supposed to be solely interior monologue or if it was what he was writing verbatim. In the end I decided it was probably the former, but you might try to make tha...

Re: Miki: Fragments (Updated 25/3/15)

Very good chapter again. Characterization, pacing - no complaints at all.

My only nitpick is that you should mind your apostrophes - or lack of them…

Re: Lost in Translation - A Shizune Prequel

I took up sign because my daughter was diagnosed with severe sensorineural hearing loss, and teaching here as part of an arrangement for when she eventually enrolls. Typo here. It took me a while to see what typo you mean here. For me the sentence made perfect sense. Then I read it a slightly diffe...

Re: Lost in Translation - A Shizune Prequel

Shaking hands is becoming more common in Japan I think. When I was there, most people offered their hands even when I started bowing first - though that may have been partly because of me being a gaikokujin ... As for sign language - I don't "speak" (any) sign language myself, but from what I've rea...
