Was there any coordination between the H-scenes in the paths to keep the sexual encounters different and varied?

First, thanks to all the devs for such a wonderful game! My question is, was there any internal controversy about how Kenji's character is used as comedy relief? I mean, KS handles all the girls' handicaps nicely, but it's basically making fun of Kenji's paranoia. Always struck me as a bit contradic...

After doing Rin's route and Hanako's route, both of which have H-scenes that are integral to plot and character development, Shizune's H-scenes do feel tacked on. Even if, as someone has suggested, Shizune is the type to be OK with just being around Hisao at council meetings instead of going on date...

Happy Rin ending is the one with wafting dandelions
Sad ending is breakup in the rain
The other endings are kind of just ending, or sad without Rin but without a big breakup (IIRC)

I not only did Rin's path first, I did a new save before every choice, and worked my way back up the decision tree to do all the combinations (not counting act 1). Doing the same with Hanako now.

For Hanako's sprites, some clearly have Hanako's visible eye in front of her hair instead of behind it...
