Hmm, never tried using the right-click to get the menu—I always use the escape key. A little experiment does bring up the menu for me. And just moving the mouse over the menu items highlights them. I don't know how the problem you're having could be specific to KS unless somehow it's a corrupted ver...

They certainly should. It's how I go through the menus on my Mac w/OS 10.8.3! I use right and left arrows as well in the save/load menu, and scrolling when there are too many save points to list at one time.

I guess I don't know what the problem could be.
