Yuuko is skittish enough to die of embarrassment instead. The only lectures I can see would come from Muto or the Nurse.

Hanako and Lilly I'm not sure about. There are probably long instances of the two just staying silent, and that's just the way they want it. When they do talk, Hanako may be less timid than usual because of the bond the two share, but I can't see her being too open. Lilly would be calm and reserved....

I have to ask, does hair grow back on burn-scarred skin? I'm not sure, but I assume it doesn't. So realistically, Hanako would be missing her hair on the parts that were burned, as the fire probably didn't magically only hit her face, and not her scalp.
