Re: If you *actually have* a physical disability, what is it?

By the way, my vision is somewhere between 20/70 and 20/120 uncorrected and I don't need glasses to read the computer screen. Funny how that only just now occurred to me...

Re: Student Council Meeting

Why does the blackboard have an airplane coming out of the wall and into a portal?

Is there some kind of symbolism I'm missing here?

Re: The extent of Rin's independence.

I'm actually a bit curious how the lack of arms affects Rin's ability to maintain homeostasis. Her thermal exposure is less, because she has less surface area, so it would take longer for her to warm up or cool down. On the other hand, there's less mass to heat up, so she might not need to burn as ...

Re: If you *actually have* a physical disability, what is it?

Most people with nearsightedness can have their vision corrected to 20/20 or close to it, even if their vision is more like 20/100 uncorrected. Vision that can only be corrected to 20/70 is pretty bad, since it means that objects at 20 feet seem 2.5 3.5 times as far away for you compared to someone ...

Re: KS lookalikes

Well, at least he didn't hotlink from 4chan. Try copying the URL and pasting into a new window before trying to view it.

That said, short red hair does not constitute a lookalike, especially since Rin's hair is messy and that girl's is not.

Re: Singing Lilly

The cello bit got cut 'cause it was cliche. It's probably best to limit her musical talents to singing, though that's just my opinion and not necessarily what the devs are planning. Didn't Raita intend her to be a cliched character, anyways? Not that I like her being cliched, but it's worth a thoug...

Re: If you *actually have* a physical disability, what is it?

For metric reference, 20/20 is equal to 6/6 (20 ft. = 6 m) while 20/70 is 6/21 and 20/200 is 6/60.
