Oh, please. Like Shizune would EVER be the sub.
It's completely possibly that as the dominant partner, Shizune ordered Misha to top. :P

Re: Do I want to see the bad/neutral endings?

I created this topic because my first attempt at KS failed miserably and I got Hanako's bad ending. This was one of the most depressing experiences of my life, I couldn't think about anything else for quite some time and I have that 'dem feels' feeling even as I'm writing this. I also haver to ment...

Re: Terminology debate - "mute" versus "voice-off"

Interesting question: what do you call someone with substantial lower-limb impairment that precludes a normal range of locomotion? Such people used to be known as 'cripples' (from c. 10th century) and 'lame' (even earlier). These terms began to be used primarily as pejoratives from the 1960s and 19...

Re: what are the best quotes from the game?

But the instant I try to put it into words I feel that I lose something, it doesn’t feel as real, as true as it did inside my head. Having experienced a few times the scenario of something in my head being damn near impossible to adequately translate and tormenting myself for hours on end trying to...

Re: Favourite artworks - reprise.

Considering some fairly funny jokes were being made about 9/11 a few years after the fact, yeah. Nah, man, those aren't funny, really kinda dull. Just plane Boeing, in fact. @Munchausen: Nope. Never even heard of it. It's a reference to this scene . Nichijouuuuuu~ http://fc01.deviantart.net/f...

Re: Terminology debate - "mute" versus "voice-off"

I could call them "mute" because the meaning is exactly the same and, again, arbitrary offense at a word with factually zero offensive intent or meaning behind it is stupid. What you've said above is, paraphrased, "Well, if they mean the same thing, why don't you just say 'soundless'?!".....

Re: Terminology debate - "mute" versus "voice-off"

1. You could always call them 'soundless' then, since that is what you claim you're accurately denoting. Or Or OR I could call them "mute" because the meaning is exactly the same and, again, arbitrary offense at a word with factually zero offensive intent or meaning behind it is stupid. W...

Re: Favourite artworks - reprise.

There's a Hiroshima/Nagasaki joke there, but I just can't think of it. Are there any such jokes that would be amusing in a Japanese context? Yes. THIS SHIT IS SO ADORABLE I MIGHT ACTUALLY LITERALLY DIE : http://shimmie.katawa-shoujo.com/image/4118.png This comment makes it even more adorable, despi...

Re: Anyone else hate Misha?

This actually made me want to expand Misha's background further (headcanon wise) I have this theory that Misha actually--despite being loud--is almost as lonely as Shizune. Maybe she came from an unstable family background that may sent her off to Yamaku for her to avoid the 'unpleasantries'; she m...

Re: Terminology debate - "mute" versus "voice-off"

People would be a lot better off in general if they focused less on words and more on the meaning behind them. "Mute" just means soundless. Some guy prefers "Voice Off"? Great. He can call himself that. Me? I prefer "mute" so I'll call him that. Nobody needs to be offended on either end when the me...

Courtesy of the BBC, an article about a Scottish woman who married a Japanese lodger who came to Scotland to learn the art of making Scotch whisky. They returned to Japan where he started Japan's Whiskey Industry. With the support of his wife, he later set up his own business (Nikka Whisky Distilli...
