Re: Random KS Discussion
There's no R sound in there at all, no idea where you're getting that from other than thinking there's an unvoiced R somewhere. Nevermind, after an hour or two alone to my thoughts in the warehouse I've figured it out :P I'm mistaken and I mean to say a long 'aah' noise, not an 'ar'. I was relating...

Re: Stranded on a deserted island. Who do you want with you
But if Hanako's stranded on a desert island with you; no Hisao, no Lilly, just you... a perfect stranger... Is there any real way of knowing if she'd even communicate with you in the first place? She may well block up again due to everything that's happening. She's only human, after all, a human wi...

At no point in the OP was that stated.azumeow wrote:I think it's fair to say that, for the scenario, that communication gap is bridged.

Re: Stranded on a deserted island. Who do you want with you
I just wanna pop in again and give my analysis. I think you're all overlooking the fact that most of the characters - except Lilly and presumably Akira - are either explicitly depicted as or implied to have somewhat limited English skills. So unless you speak Japanese (or are fluent in sign language...

Re: Have you told anyone you know IRL about KS?
I told my girlfriend about it; I persuaded her to try it after I told her it "broke both of my legs and put me in a feelchair".
I've also recommended it to a couple of friends whom I know are fans of the genre.

Oh, man, that thread was awful in so many ways. But the devs' snarky replies had me giggling. Especially A22's.

Re: Ignorant things said by Internet know-it-alls
There is a fourth type. Which is people who troll merely for the sake of provoking a response like this thread. Look, I know it sucks when someone takes a shit on something you enjoy. We've all been there. But, to quote an old aphorism, haters gonna hate. I simply don't see the point of giving them ...

This is actually quite useful; I'm going to copy this into a text document onto my hard drive and use it as a reference in future writings.
Thanks for the effort you took in putting this together!
