Re: Can You Remember Me? An Amnesiac Story

This is a fun read... but I'm trying to remember if there's canonical justification for Hanako and Emi being complete strangers. Or for Emi not knowing where the Library is at all. :)

Re: Terminology debate - "mute" versus "voice-off"

Point the Second: People claim that there are only obscure references online that claim that "mute" isn't acceptable. I'm somewhat baffled by this and it makes me wonder where you're looking . The WFD says that 'hearing impaired' is also unacceptable when used in reference to a deaf person who can'...

Re: Terminology debate - "mute" versus "voice-off"

People would be a lot better off in general if they focused less on words and more on the meaning behind them. "Mute" just means soundless. Some guy prefers "Voice Off"? Great. He can call himself that. Me? I prefer "mute" so I'll call him that. Nobody needs to be offended on either end when the me...

Re: Vision

It's getting more powerful than it was before, and it was already potent then. Very much appreciated, and also admired—especially for the unusual and heart-rending Saki-Rin scene. And the rare Lilly verbal outburst. :(

Re: Terminology debate - "mute" versus "voice-off"

Turns out this whole thing was covered years ago in the Talk page for Deaf-Mute on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk%3ADeaf-mute The argument proceeded almost identically to this one too. This makes me think we won't get anywhere here. Hmmm. I've read through what feels like about fifty ...

Ah, lovely, and that nice sunny piece of artwork is out too!

I can't help but wonder if Mrs Sakamoto is related to this famous gentleman.

It doesn't have to be amazing to be good anyway, I can't even draw stick figures :P Sure the anatomy looks a little wonky, but it doesn't really detract from the piece as a whole. And like you said, you're practicing. Rock on, man! The anatomy's believable, I think the skirt is a little odd in the ...

Re: The Official KS Headcanon Thread

Trains are used a lot more commonly in Japan than most other countries, since it's such a compact place. I might be wrong, but I think it's the primary mode of transportation for most Japanese, although that depends largely on how you define "train" That, and walking. I mean, it's true of places li...

Re: Act I with random choices - Probabilities

Please keep in mind that few - if any - readers picked totally random choices. For example if you don't tell Kenji that Hanako is "not cute" - which no sane reader who is trying for her path would do - you greatly increase the chance of getting her ending. Not pissing off Lilly during Cold War and ...
