If weight-loss was an aim, then for me that would be very well However, I'm 5'11" and 12 stone (well, bit less now), with not much body fat as it is. I think I'm gonna have to just watch my weight, and if it continues to drop, consider eating more/doing more body-weight training or something.

I've barely done any running this past 2 months - any that I have run I've posted here, and that's not been a lot. However, thanks to work I've been cycling about 10 miles a day, 6 days a week for about 2 months, over which period I've lost about 8 pounds (12st to 11st 6lb). Is that a healthy drop?...

Was playing Rin's good a conscious decision, given for the rest you'd done all the good ones first? (I presume anyway from ordering)

My only regret is not getting a bad route on my first go, as it did make it (ridiculously) more difficult to play a bad route in the future.
