Well from what I remember of the course, a phobia is defined as an Irrational Fear. Not to be confused with being scared of something, to be phobic of something is an extreme circumstance.
I guess there's nothing more irrational to be scared of than your own body... or is it simply TOO irrational?

Re: Random KS Discussion
Your brain has built in functions to scream, cry, yelp, moan (Pain and sexually, or both at once, if youre into that.) and other basic functions. And you dont have to learn how to do it, as such, shizune could and probably would scream, but in other cases she would probably mute herself. And so is ...

Re: Random KS Discussion
Well if someone is born deaf would they even know how to speak let alone have the correct prononciation? But then again if you cant even hear how would you even know how they are pronounced. I mean I guess you can learn it through reading or sign language (dunno if both are possible). Or we can go ...

Re: The extent of Shi-chan's mutism
Shizune's mutism is largely down to her deafness, right? My pet theory is on this that Shizune's been told she sounded funny or strange when she spoke, or she just came to know that some people think of a "deaf accent" that way, and so chooses not to attempt speech in order to avoid people thinking...

The extent of Shi-chan's mutism
Shizune's mutism is largely down to her deafness, right? She doesn't use her voice at all because she's deaf, but assumedly, her vocal chords are all intact (if not underused enough to mean just trying to speak could result in strain). In one of her H-scenes, if i remember correctly, she kinda moans...

Re: Crippling phobias
The last three posts took this topic from entertaining to nightmare fuel awfulness. This thread is now terror . I remember the first time I read that comic. My sociology teacher was neither pleased with the fact I was playing on the computers instead of listening, nor the fact that I jumped out of ...

Re: Stranded on a deserted island. Who do you want with you
But if Hanako's stranded on a desert island with you; no Hisao, no Lilly, just you... a perfect stranger... Is there any real way of knowing if she'd even communicate with you in the first place? She may well block up again due to everything that's happening. She's only human, after all, a human wit...

There's no R sound in there at all, no idea where you're getting that from other than thinking there's an unvoiced R somewhere. Nevermind, after an hour or two alone to my thoughts in the warehouse I've figured it out :P I'm mistaken and I mean to say a long 'aah' noise, not an 'ar'. I was relating...

Seems like a perfect time for sex, really. That's sad shit. Endorphins are literally happiness in chemical form. Sex = endorphins. Good timing, Emi. Reminds me of the 'Up, Horny, Down' phenomenon I saw on a sitcom about paramedics. Apparently death can put you through three stages; Up - A sta...
