Re: Random KS Discussion

What's the deal with Emi's accident? Too vague. Ehhh.... How did she lose her legs exactly, like were they severed in the crash or did they get damaged so badly that they needed to be amputated? Did her father die due to the accident (but not on the scene) or was he racing to the hospital after Emi...

Re: How good is Hanako at chess?

From what we've seen, she has a 100% lose rate ;) False. She almost always wins against Lilly. We even see her do it once. Also, in Hanako's Act 3 scene "Invitation": Hanako: "Mate." Hisao: "Again… What does that make this? 3-2?" I realised that when I re-read my post after CoffeeDrive had replied....

Re: How good is Hanako at chess?

How can you tell that Hanako is weaker than Shizune at chess ? They have played against each other only once Well, you can't really tell from that much, but it's fair to say from what we can see that she's simply okay at chess. I mean, put it this way. From what we've seen, she has a 100% lose rate...

I don't really know much about archery... But how the fuck does someone get tangled in the bow?

Re: KS Voice Acting? Narrations?

Well, if what CoffeeDrive said is right, you'd have little competition if you did want to go for it :P Ball's in your court, mate. Hell, I'd join in too if you fancied a working-class British accent in there ;) Either way, if you ome up with something, be sure to let us know :) I think there's a thr...

Re: KS Voice Acting? Narrations?

Eh up mate, welcome to the forums :)

See, this isn't a new idea ;P Hell, I've given it a go myself once (in private)

There's a project on YouTube named 'Katawa Seiyu', or something similar, that aimed to VA the whole lot. That being said, it hasn't been updating for a while...

Re: The Official KS Headcanon Thread

Nonsense. She just sucks them into her body. Kind of like a snail does with its eye stalks. I've just got mental images of Hisao walking in on her using her arms to eat some pasta, and they both stare at eachother. Slowly, her arms start sliding into her nubs and she maintains eye contact the whole...

Re: How good is Hanako at chess?

She definitely has some history with chess. After playing it for long enough, one is bound to be half-decent at it... But as I said, Shizune's route seems to imply that she only really plays it down to what I assume are happy memories of her playing it with loved ones before Trogdor came to town. I'...

Re: How good is Hanako at chess?

Pretty sure she loses to Shizune, doesn't she?

I remember her saying that Hanako wasn't really amazingly good at the game, and it seemed she was playing the game more for the memories she associated with it, than the actual game itself.

Re: The Official KS Headcanon Thread

However, not having seen Rin's stumps in detail, we can't tell if she was a thalidomide case or not. If she has no handbones at all, it's likely something else, like a failure to bud. That would be the difference between phocomelia and amelia. Didn't one of the early biographies/description of Rin ...
