Well, I'm pretty sure it was stated that Rin's route is the longest route in the game, so Rin's. Though, I didn't really notice it being any longer than the others. The all took me approximately 8 hours to complete, though, I wasn't keeping track of my play time what-so-ever.

I actually think Shizune will remain friends with Misha. In her arc she showed that she did care for her a lot and considered Misha to be her best friend.
