I never had any real opinion on how Miki lost her hand, other than "some kind of accident". I do tend to think it was fairly recent, given that not only is the stump still bandaged, but she seems to act like she hasn't gotten used to only having one hand.

I tend to think that while Kenji's parents aren't as crazy as he is, if you were to meet them, you'd see where he gets it. I also don't think Hisao kept in touch with Kenji after graduation. (Unless maybe Kenji kept asking to borrow money.)

As an astronomy buff myself, I quite enjoyed this. Love the description of the feeling of stargazing. Some good humor, too. (Should have seen that last line coming.) One thing I do have to point out, though, is that Suzu's in the Literature Club . But hey, that particular fact isn't mentioned in KS ...

Tried to run this for the first time in a while and ran into the same "application runs but nothing shows up on the screen" problem. I'm wondering if an update to Java caused the problem at some point, because it used to run fine on my computer.
