Re: Emi Ibarazaki's past encounters...
One can never be too familiar with it. I'm always reading new things everytime I go there. Every time.

Re: Shizune Arc
Right, question: I'm gonna start re-reading Shizune's arc again, after I first read it pretty much as soon as the game came out. Can you tell me something that won't make me hate it? Okay, that's too vague. Basically, when I first played the demo, I loved it. Absolutely loved it. Shizune, being obs...

Re: Emi Ibarazaki's past encounters...
I clicked the link. I've been stuck on that website for about two hours. Goddamn you. Welcome to TvTropes. I first discovered it when Wiki became too stuffy. It's a great help if you are wondering about all those old shows that you once saw. Especially wrestling. Filled in many gaps I have from tho...

Re: Still friends?
It would probably be better if somehow they ended up crossing each other's paths. Shizune as Emi's banker. Emi's and Miki's track teams clash at the finals, that sort of thing.

Kutagh made a very good point: on the issue of the senses, the brain often plays an important part. There are rare cases where the organ in question is totally fine, but the part of the brain in charge of interpreting signals is busted. You still lose the sense.

Re: What hurts the most?
I actually had a fanfic idea of Hanako's distant relatives: Her grandpa (on which side is up to you) had a brother. But, the brother became a yakuza. Given the stigma, Hanako's grandpa broke off all relations. The brother decided on his deathbed to entrust his son (and grandson) to find out more abo...

Emi's very attached to her father. And Hanako needs to embark on a family tree research.

That one is Shizune's failure at leadership. That is also why I can understand why Jigoro disdains the Council.OtakuNinja wrote: The lack of students in the student council, maybe?

Re: A wave of Deus Ex Machina washes over Yamaku...
Well from what I gathered most of the students doesn't have much "school spirit". I think main casts still try to attend the same school though. And just where did you gather any of that from? There's nothing in the game about it one way or the other. They seem to be so uninterested in school event...

And after that trip to Hokkaido with the Newspaper Club, she wants to fight for her happiness. If Lily is gracious enough to accept the challenge, may the best girl win.

Re: Thoughts on the H-scenes?
Well, Hanako will know that Hisao literally risked everything to stay with Lily. She must decide whether she can stake everything on a shot (friendship with Lily and Hisao). A very mature decision.
