Hisao forgetting his pills is actually a pretty big plot point in Lily's route. Also, no other girl's route has him forgetting his pills that many times.

For me, Lilly represents the "classical" ideal relationship in media: girl looking out for you, while taking a lot of crap herself in her own life. What I enjoyed most from her route is the way she affects others. Hanako got a good boost, and Shizune finally had the mind to try and repair their kins...
