Re: What scene made you "cry" the most
Thankfully I avoided all the usual mistakes and got her good ending, just like all the others. Emi's definately another girl that you hate not getting the good ending for. Because she's just going to go on keeping all that hurt inside. "I may not be able to share the pain, but I sure can share a dr...

Re: Sisterhood (Hanako Epilogue) (Completed)
Umm, actually no. I was a little afraid of dredging up all those emotions again. But after your comment, I decided I'd better get back to it. I just finished Chapter 8 and started on 9. The reason I asked was YZQ's comment was a reference to part of the story and you didn't seem to have caught that...

Re: Sisterhood (Hanako Epilogue) (Completed)
I think there'll still be quite the culture shock after she graduates. Especially in a country like Japan where depression is regarded as a sign of weakness and obsession with conformity often reaches levels that would make westerners scratch their heads. Hopefully, Akira will pull some strings to ...

Re: Sisterhood (Hanako Epilogue) (Completed)
I do hope that she can sustain her high spirits after the finale. Girl, you've already kissed a boy in broad daylight, and without feeling the need to hide your scars. Please don't crawl back into the library beanbag.

Re: Sisterhood (Hanako Epilogue) (Completed)
It might take longer than that. CPL_Crud once mentioned Hanako probably wouldn't be completely self-reliant until she started approaching her thirties. Seeing that she's eighteen now, that's probably quite a few years of two-steps-forward/one-step-back for her. It really depends on whether Hanako h...

Re: A wave of Deus Ex Machina washes over Yamaku...
Well, I did a Google search for 'prosthetic hand' and technology seems to have advanced somewhat beyond the old metal hooks. But yeah, they're probably expensive as hell. And judging by the bandage, it looks like its still a fairly recent injury. Probably too early for any kind of attachment. The U...

Re: In depth observation of the girls
Thats true. He had a lot on his mind, what with getting ready for the trip, settling in, and actually beign alone with his two favorite people. I don't recall offhand whether he was mulling over confessing to Lilly at the time too. but yeah, it was a little irresponsible of him. I guess even after ...

Re: Sisterhood (Hanako Epilogue) (Completed)
Yeah, that sounds about how Akira would handle it, or she'd leave them with Lily and let he handle it. Still, its normal human nature to want to be attractive to the person you love. So while you'd never catch her in a bikini or even a tank top in public, I could see maybe after a year together, on...

Re: Did we change?
In some ways I have, though in others I simply became more aware of my faults but have yet to succeed in changing myself for the better. Some are a bit personal (especially regarding the latter) and are probably better suited for other topics, once I'm more comfortable talking about them. Though I'...

Re: What scene made you "cry" the most
She was also only 8 when it happened, so while growing up the scar tissue would've stretched and lessened how bad it looked overall. Edit: Post 117! As a Halo fan, I had to comment on it. Congrats Selim. :) And good point. The scars would have faded after ten years. But *sigh* the thought...

Well, I guess after a month or so, I've refined my sense of humour, due to the foruming.
