Re: Sisterhood (Hanako Epilogue) (Completed)

I'll have to bow to your knowledge of UK beaches, but I think given the proper conditions, say very few people around ( she seemed to handle going out in public okay. It was just the closed environment of the classroom that seemed to upset her ), a large beach umbrella, a fairly modest suit, ( say a...

Re: KS and Aircraft Scale Modeling?

Odd choice of aircraft, but still pretty cool though, and the decal looks great! Might I suggest an F9F Bearcat, a P-51, or Airacobra? All military aircraft that had long careers as racing planes. So they wouldn't look quite so out of place with custom markings. Hmm, and I see Misha is in the lead. ...

Re: Sisterhood (Hanako Epilogue) (Completed)

Man I'm gone for a few days and this drops down to the second page? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Okay well lets think... What can we discuss? There's always Hisao and Hanako's sex lives. Or maybe we can speculate about the sequel? Hey trip to Scotland. Lilly mentioned a beach... No I don't think Hanako woul...

Re: What scene made you "cry" the most

People have different threshholds for tears and tend to keep their feelings inside. But I know how you feel. I still feel bad that I never felt like crying when my mother died years ago. I don't think I've ever cried over a real life tragedies. Sad movies, tv, music, and books otoh get me going pret...

This reminds me of the good routes in general.

Awww, that's lovely. You're right, it's a really good "Happy ending/Toward the future" song.

Re: Your first ending?

Well, to each his own. All I see is a Hisao saying "Let's go for a walk. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on, you know you need it." :| My thoughts exactly. It's commendable that he showed concern, but in that scene he went way past the point where he needed to just say "I'm here f...

Re: What scene made you "cry" the most

It wasn't so much his death that got to me, but her reaction to it. Her comment: "I decided that I wouldn't let people get close to me anymore" as she stood there with tears in her eyes just broke my heart.

It was awful, but Hisao was kinda asking for it there. If I was Hanako I would have yelled at him way sooner
I've said this all along. But apparently Xan disagrees.

Re: Katawa Shoujo, Has Stolen My Life!

Its good to hear from someone who followed their friends advice and tried the game out. I get sooo sick of hearing "I love KS, but I haven't told anybody because my friends wouldn't understand". :p Indeed, you'll find there are a lot of Hanabro's out here my friend, so you're in good company with yo...

Re: Your first ending?

My first ending was Emi's good (well, okay, the "Misha rescue" good) ending. It surprised me that I even wound up on her path at all since I'm not athletic in the slightest, but I went into the game blind and followed what I would have done, more or less. Her good ending remains second only to Hana...

Feh. Real English proofreaders use .38 Saturday Night Specials for that - and favor the CMOS. Real English? Wouldn't that just be plain old British English instead of the American English the CMOS uses? jk jk, pls don't ban me English is a weird language. If it were a person, it'd ...
