Re: Still friends?

Graduation... Hisao: Bye. Kenji: See ya. Four months later... Hisao: *answers knock at door* ...What the hell? Kenji: I need pizza money, man. Why am I thinking about the ending of Back to the Future? Kenji turns up wearing a weird-ass outfit. "Its your kids Hisao man! Somethings gotta be done abou...

Re: Still friends?

I'm sure they'll stay in touch. Just that the e-mails will become less and less frequent over the years. There was a girl I loved very dearly when I lived in GA twenty years ago. We still exchange e-mails every few months. Unless of course they discover each other on Facebook or something. I swear, ...

Re: Still friends?

Yea I'd say so too. I think she would finally decide to make a decision for herself and stay in Japan. Also I could see Hisao going away to college only to realize that his roommate is Kenji. "Knowlege man. That's the secret! The only way we'll beat these women is by out-thinking them! SCIENC...

Re: What hurts the most?

Of course the biggest hurt is after finishing an arc and you snap back to reality and remember that none of it is real. *sigh* And as I said before, knowing what some of the girls went through in their lives, and you weren't there to help probably hurts the most. And the damn fan artists don't help ...

Re: Still friends?

I don't see Lily moving to Scotland by choice. Apart from Akira, she doesn't really seem to have any attachment to the family who sent her to school halfway around the world to get her out of the way.

In general though, I agree with Oddball.

Re: What hurts the most?

Actually what hurts me the most is imagining what sort of Hell a little girl who suffered through the agony of burn recovery, only to find out her parents were dead must have gone through. You made me think of this picture. :) http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/7962/ss669.jpg Oh man. Our Hanako is ch...

Re: Wallpapers in 1920x1080

Thanks for the wallpapers man. 1920 x 1080 is my preferred format as well. I've even got a couple of Hanako walls floating around here. Maybe I should repost them in this thread.

That one is Shizune's failure at leadership. That is also why I can understand why Jigoro disdains the Council.
This. She and Misha scare the hell out of everyone. Otoh, everyone in her class seems to love Lily.

Re: A wave of Deus Ex Machina washes over Yamaku...

Well from what I gathered most of the students doesn't have much "school spirit". I think main casts still try to attend the same school though. I dunno, I've gotten the impression that Japanese school students are big on school spirit. And lord knows everyone seemed to bust their asses pretty hard...

Re: Thoughts on the H-scenes?

Yeah. Thinking about it, I want to be more positive and think it wasn't full blown heartbreak that made her go at the end of Lily's arc, but just a twinge of regret. She knew though that if she stayed, there was a chance she'd actually fall in love with Hisao and end up resenting Lily. She didn't wa...

Re: Thoughts on the H-scenes?

Yea I could see that. I still haven't made up my mind on her feelings towards Hisao in the Lilly arc. Maybe she does feel something for him which is likely, or maybe she's just happy to have another friend she can count on. Given her personality it's hard to tell which is the case. I guess that's o...
