Re: Why is your favorite girl your favorite?
Anyways, yeah. I get where you're coming from. She frustrated me too. I thought she was making really dumb decisions at points. it took me a while to realize that I'd probably make the same, or similar decisions if I was in her place. Twas quite the revelation for me. I picked up on it right off th...

and she reminds me of myself in several ways. She'll always have a place in my heart. And that's actually the main reason why I dislike Rin personally  W-w-w-what are you saying?? > ^ > I dislike Rin because she reminds me of myself too much. Example, when she's off on a filibuster about nothi...

Re: Katawa Shoujo.
...WTF are you even discussing here at this point? I'm starting to get genuinely confused. Someone, somehow, somewhere turned this into a discussion about gender. I believe it was due to this comment: I guess that's how Emi like's em -- lots of testosterone, not so much in the cranium. And ...

Re: The Music of Katawa Shoujo
I'm not privy to the innermost workings of the group. What I've heard is merely in passing from a few members of the original project who left due to creative differences, as well as one of the writers. I try not to pry too much. I believe the most appropriate term for it is "Development Hell". Tha...

Re: Why is your favorite girl your favorite?
Personally I like Lilly and Shizune the most. Lilly mainly for the reasons that Potato has already so eloquently stated  And Shizune? I like her because her personality is very endearing (to me at least). That and she's pretty, and adorable (when she wants to be). Also her sex scenes were a plu...

I don't know much about either of those VNs, so yeah.OtakuNinja wrote:It's very inspired by Yosuga no Sora and Amagami.Steinherz wrote:So I just finished Homeward.

All I know is Yosuga no Sora is notorious for incest.

Re: Recommend a VN
So I just finished Homeward. Good VN, but the issue for me is this: Riku is the most indecisive, spineless, good-for-nothing protagonist I've seen, holy shit. Also the endings kind of left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Personally in terms of how the routes ended it was as such: Haruka - Good End...

Seeing as how it's not about crippled girls, and set in America, it's nowhere near a clone.pandaphil wrote:I'm willing to give it a look, even if its a clone. As long as its a good and not just an unimaginative copy.

That needs to be an option for a poll on Jigoro.Katie wrote:"I like him, he's an asshole but an endearing one"
Jigoro's an asshat, but one you come to love because he's funny while being an ass.
