Re: JUST a disccusion on what KS merchendise you would've li

The KS logo tatooed on your chest:)) well that would be interesting:)) I think that may be a step too far... Well... one of the most stereotypical tattoos is a heart that says "mom" on it. If someone substituted the usual hearts for the Katawa Shoujo logo heart then placed the usual "...

Re: JUST a disccusion on what KS merchendise you would've li

I collect dice, so Katawa Shoujo dice would be cool. That Katawa Shoujo Candy Land that was mentioned would be really fun! Candy Land has just always been one of my favorite board games (I love characters with designs based off of food). Even if you lose, it's still okay. If there were mini figures ...

Re: Figure modding

I've always liked the idea of modifying figurines to make them look like another. Most of them that I've seen were interesting-- buff Mario and Luigi figurines and so on, but this is really cool. Wow, it looks like it was supposed to be Hanako. You did a really great job!

Re: Ask!

"Almost"? Understatement of the week there. I think being obsessive and "crazy" is just pretty standard for being a fan of something. It's not really an issue for me personally. I mean, sure I occasionally find the fandom weird, and it's occasionally hard to interact with the fa...

Re: Kenji was RIGHT!

After playing KS, I ran into a lot of radical feminists, the type that believe men shouldn't have an opinion and they seriously freaked me out. I keep on running into gals that say "white, cis males shouldn't be able to voice their opinion on [issue] because they don't have any problems". ...

I've actually favorited a couple of these on dA. <3 I actually really like your art style. I don't know how long you have been drawing, but I think one day your style is going to become very unique, and I'm actually eager to see how it develops in the future! I mean, it looks like you've been drawin...

Re: Conventions

Well, I know fans of my favorite band put on a "con" right before one of their concerts. It was just a gathering of fans, nothing super special going on, but it was adorable. Later, the band members heard about it and walked out there to see what was going on and meet everyone. I wouldn't ...

Whoops! I suppose I wasn't paying attention then.

Re: Katawa Shoujo at Anime Expo 2013

I couldn't find the table, and I didn't find any of the names the table could be listed under in the program book. (Katawa Shoujo, Four Leaf Studios, 4LS)
Did the table fall through or did AX just accidentally forget to list the group in the program?
Or did I just not look close enough? :C

Re: The meaning of Katawa Shoujo.

Instead of quoting it, I'm going to nod at Nightfish's post/quote and say that I learned something that I wasn't aware of. The story takes place at a school for disabled persons, but the focus is not actually on the disabled part of the disabled persons. You can't really make a physical trait define...

Re: I finished Katawa Shoujo and can't get my friends to pla

Well, just think of all the ways you ended up getting into it. I ended up finding Katawa Shoujo through Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei-- okay, I'd like to quickly go through the path. 1. Listen to SZS (favorite series) music on Youtube, comments say "I got here through Katawa Crash" 2. Watch rec...

Pretty eyes either way! O: The expression is very Rin-like. I really like it.

Re: Katawa Shoujo Figures

I don't even like spending $5 on a combo at a fast food restaurant.
Heck, I'll make my own figure out of um...makeshift things.

But I have to say; that is one awesome Rin figure.
Those eyes, just wow. There is something about it that makes me want it...not that I need more stuff to take up space.
