Thanks for the advice everyone. I tried the punching bag once, but it didn't work. That's why I took up fenceing. Going beserk doesn't help much in that sport, true, but stabbing a faceless person is amazingly theurapeutic. Also, strange as it may sound, It often helps me more to work it off mentall...
