Just,a little correction:as far as I know,katawa shoujo isn't japanese,just japanese-like.

well,even if it is far from hanako's route IMO,lilly's route is still pretty great! apart from that,I think that we can consider all the good endings as canons. (even though,once again,I see hanako's route as the canon one! :D ) and nah lilly isn't a mary sue,she isn't really superior to the other c...

Yes,but chosing two persons as both your waifu somehow kill the feel IMO

Having both would kill the feels.

Those scenes perfectly fit in the story,it doesn't ferl like fap material,but really like the climax of the relationship between two persons who madly love each other.

As I already said,how each arc of KS will affect you mainly depend of your story,your life, etc.
