Re: Rin's neutral ending

There may be some solace in the fact that Aura once said that he doesn't think Rin is the suicidal type.

While this lifted my spirits for a short while, I quickly returned to thoughts of accidental death not being considered suicide.

Re: Rin's Path discussion *spoilers*

In the good ending, it's not until Hisao comforts Rin after Nomiya yells at her that he even begins to recover from these bitter feelings, and he's still not completely over them at the end of the route (which is why he responds to Rin's final confession less than vehemently). Yes, I seem to recall...

Re: your favorite quotes

Every other thing Shizune "says" when Lilly came by while she and Hisao were building festival stalls is gold. Shizune: [You wouldn't know, since you never go outside. Did you run out of tea?] Later... Shizune: [I'll devour you! >O<] When Lilly takes her leave... Shizune: [Stay classy.]

Re: Rin's Path discussion *spoilers*

I wouldn't go so far as to say that Hisao is "as pushy." He encouraged Rin because he genuinely thought it would be good for her, especially after seeing her receive, what he would think were, innocent intentions in the form of support from thier art teacher. The difference between Nomiya ...

Re: Rin's Path discussion *spoilers*

^ Which is where my irritation (not hate, mind you) for Hisao comes in. In place of Rin's neutrality, Hisao should have sent some thunderous verbal attack Nomiya's way. Though, I suppose that would be hypocrisy, as he's also partially responsible for encouraging Rin to go through with the exhibition...

Re: Rin's Path discussion *spoilers*

Nominya wanted Rin to do well, possibly for selfish reasons as well but he certainly wanted her to have a good career in art, so I can see why he pushed her to do the exhibition because it was what he though was best for her. He clearly didn't understand why Rin didn't want to go through with it an...

Re: Shizune's storyline

In order to really confirm your feelings on the matter, you must first compartmentalise Shizune from her storyline. If you hate her as a character and hate her path, then there's nothing you can do. Her path is probably disliked for not being a tale of constant romance between you and her, or saving...

Re: Artist paints with her feet

What I find especially impressive is that she can manage with her head so far away. I don't know about anyone else, but when I draw, I need to keep my head close to the paper, with my eyes glued to what I'm working on, so that I can tend to details meticulously. Then again, painting isn't drawing, s...

I have been following this thread ever since it started, and though I often had urges to post replies, I really can't and I kept quiet. This post is a mistake I don't know if this is right I don't want to be alone but It like that kind of thorn where it sticks in ur thumb and it hurts like crazy to...

Re: Broken Hearts Club

Haha. Borken Hearts Club. Hisao's condition. Anyway. Raburesu, I can't help wondering though. You say that nothing of value was lost, but at the same time is it corect you're unhappy about what happened? Forgive my wild guess at it, but would you say that you lost something in yourself? Or perhaps o...

Re: "I only step on the darker ones..." (Hanako's floor game

Rabureseu, sounds like you wanted to make a radical change to your life, but maybe it was one for the worse? Was it a time when you got tired of it all and decided to throw it all way? Did you feel like they were all against you, or that all of them didn't care of you? Yes, change was the goal, tho...

Re: "I only step on the darker ones..." (Hanako's floor game

Sometimes it's right to give people space, but it's too easy to think "I'm no psychologist, I'll probably just make it worse", "I'm no white knight", or "I have enough problems myself". They could have been genuinely uninterested, though. It's most likely naivete on my...
