+1 to Splashtop here, I use it on my HP Touchpad running ICS. Also, newer smartphones like the Galaxy Nexus have displays that are near to or exceed the dimensions of the CGs in the game, so downsampling would be minimal to nonexistent. I chose LCD Full Screen (Preserve Aspect) since I guess it's the closest match to how I play. What I do is use Splashtop Remote to connect to my PC with my HP Touchpad, and then run the game in fullscreen and play it on the Touchpad. It works so well, I might as well be playing a native Android vers...
