I want to say that I did indeed just find another flowchart on this forum that may or may not be more accurate in general since people have been responding a lot with accuracy improvements for a while now. I will add on to it, but at my own pace - it's easier to make the flowchart while playing the game so I can record the scenes that are triggered.
