I don't think Misha has Hisao's disability. I mean she is always so chipper, you'd think that she would overexert herself and show some of the same symptoms as Hisao. Unless of course there is a scene in the full game where she shows the same symptoms and makes Shizune panic.

Yeah I don't think the game will allow players jump paths, and when one considers the ending if you didn't choose a girl by the end of act 1 it makes the idea of jumping paths so unnecessary.
