Well realistically, it will be impossible to learn enough sign language to converse fluently within the timeframe of the game. So Misha will still need to be there throughout the story. that's one of the things i'm pointing out, So if Misha is always around... Or Hisao is learning sigh language fro...

I think it's hard to be intimate with other people around; although there could be love but other people always serves as a barrier, specially this person is always around and is the only means of communication.
