Well, though I love the OST as a whole there are two tracks that spring to mind as being really extra nice to listen to: Fripperies and Afternoon.

Hm... Personally I'd have to say that with or without h-scenes KS is wondrous, I'd play it without aseasily as with.
Still, for the sake of argument, I don't see any reason why h-scenes should be excluded, certainly not if the attention to detail/etc. that was shown in act 1 is perused for them.
