They all begin with a subject pronoun. See, Misha has nicknames for Hisao, Shizune, and Yuuko. Hicchan, Shicchan, and Yuu-chan could be read as "he-chan, she-chan, and you-chan." This doesn't really work unless you pronounce them like English names, and chances are that it's just a random...
