Added an Android version of Katawa Crash (don't know how that didn't happen initially, the game looks great on phone). The resulting touchscreen UX improvements have also been ported to other versions.

Confirmed. It appears the Android build wasn't updated to 1.3.3 correctly. The fixed version is up.

...but that's how it already is? Your saves are duplicated to the game directory. It is a default behavior for Ren'Py.

Looks like a year well spent, and a stellar job reconceptualizing the ingame art. (The dingbat from the splashscreen is my favorite~) How did you handle getting it up to print resolution?

For the record, moving it to Ren'Py 8 wouldn't be hard, there just isn't any benefit to doing so right now; and Vita doesn't have Python 3 so it would mean splitting the codebase for given lack of benefit as well.
