Re: Fanfiction: Fractures (Updated 05/10/15)

Oh, damn. So if our Shiina took a pipe to the head and is our point of view, and Masae Umeda is still there and screaming... then there's really only one person that could have just got hauled into the car.

I say again, damn. This is getting really good.

Re: Fanfiction: Fractures (Updated 26/09/15)

Not a ghost, but somehow an injured Hisao Nakai, dazed and shattered from his fall, crept into a sewer drain behind a rosebush and hid, soaking in toxic waste in a well sealed in a sub-basement under Yamaku Academy. Now mutated into a hideous monster, immune to death, there he built a shrine to the ...

Re: Yamaku Book Club (Meeting Resumes — Misha!)

I've always been of the opinion that it was a facet of her depression; Misha puts on her cheerful and dizzy front because trying to ignore her own problems and pretending that everything is just a-ok fine is a lot easier than having to deal with both her own problems and with pushing other people aw...

You may take our threads but you'll never take our reading? I already have a rousing speech in mind... I hope this change won't affect the readership too harshly and I thank you all for your continued support. READING! In all seriousness, I look forwards to your next installment, n...

Re: Swampie's Stories: A new story: 23/9/15

It was pretty much my headcanon anyway; I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who feels that way.

Also, in the fourth paragraph, Hanako probably wants to assess their distance, not just ass it. No good comes from half-assing matters of the heart.

Re: Swampie's Stories: A new story: 23/9/15

I could see both Hanako and Hisao going to try and stop Lilly at the airport. Unless I miss my mark, this one is set post-Hanako good end, yes?

I'm not sure if I feel worse for Hisao or Hanako.

Re: The Fixers - "A Stranger Comes To Call" 19-9-15

Our gang of misfits really has come together as a very competent team, haven't they?

I do have a couple of half-formed ideas about what's going on with that painting as well. (Although I have no idea why Shin sees Death in a schoolgirl's outfit)

Re: Yamaku Book Club (Meeting Resumes — Misha!)

I've always found Misha fics to be wildly divergent in tone, if for no other reason than we never really get a good look at who Misha is, once you pull back the mask of cheer. So much of who Misha really is has to be built up either from the ground or out of fanon, and the results are never quite th...

That would've been too obvious! :D
Well, yeah, I suppose so, but can you picture a cat walking with that incessant 'whirr-thump' sound?

Yeah, I thought the ambiguity was a nice touch.

Even if our protagonist is obviously Nurse.

Re: Moments in Time [Not Quite One Shots]

Inexplicably, Katawa Shoujo turns into an international espionage thriller, ghost-written by Tom Clancy. I could see it. In all seriousness, though, I don't think this one's solvable with the given information, unless you know how to read minds over the internet or have traveled forwards in ti...
