Well that would require you to actually make the environments, characters, animation would be needed etc to avoid it feeling like you're stuck in time. Then you'd probably need to do voices because text in VR would just be weird. At that point it's not really a VN anymore, it's a walking simulator ...

Even without this particular forum, something tells me the same people would make contact again eventually, in some odd place or another like DeviantArt.
