Lilly's problem is the fact that her motherly tendencies get overbearing sometimes and that she tends to worry a bit too much about others, which sends the wrong message to Hanako, but she doesn't look down on her friend. I like this. I have thought as well that in Hanako's bad-end route, Lilly would choose to stay with her parents. Also, given her nature of avoiding conflict, she would probably wear a false smile right until the end.

FWIW, you could through in the tuition for the private boarding school into that bill. Then again, if the premise of the story is that Hisao's parents are throwing him to the wolves (so to speak), who knows what's actually in that ¥80,000,000...

On the technical side, I think I spotted a few grammar and spelling errors in the text. However, nothing screamed "HEY! I'M AN ERROR!!!!".
