Even how annoying she is, I would never bully a cuties like her. Cute girl, deaf or not, will bang her. I highly doubt she'd let you given how sadly your thought process jumped immediately to that... Most likely she'd write "ECCHI!" in her notebook, turn and run. Awww...that's so cute...
